When Motivation Is Low but Intention Is High
Some days, motivation will not meet you where intention already lives. And that is okay. This is why our Ramadan Prep Plan allows room for flexibility and compassion. Not every day will be a workout day. Some days, your movement will be a slow walk. Some days, it will be stretching. Some days, it will be nothing but your prayers. And that is enough. On Sunnah fasting days especially, we encourage women to listen closely to their bodies. Light movement, mobility, and rest are acts of wisdom—not weakness. The body responds to mercy. Consistency is not built on pressure. It is built on permission.
