Day 8: Ending With Open Hands
As Ramadan approaches, many women want closure:
answers
clarity
reassurance
But the most powerful ending is not certainty — it is openness.
Ending with open hands says:
I asked sincerely.
I trust You completely.
I am open to what You choose.
This posture keeps the heart supple. It allows duʿāʾ to continue beyond words and seasons.
Ramadan is not the end of asking — it is the deepening of it.

Place both hands open.
Say:
“O Allah, I place my hopes with You.
Do with them what is best.”
Sit in silence for one minute.
🧠 SMART Journaling — Day 8
