Day 3: Making Your Duʿāʾs Big

Many women believe humility requires small asking.

They downsize their duʿāʾs to what feels “reasonable,” forgetting that Allah is not limited by realism. What feels impossible to you is not even difficult for Him.

Big duʿāʾs do not insult Allah.
They honor His Power.

If Shayṭān could ask for respite and receive it, what makes you think your hope is too much?

Big duʿāʾs are not guarantees of outcome — they are declarations of trust. They say: I know who You are, even if I don’t know how this will unfold.

Ramadan is a season of expansion. Let your asking reflect that.

📖 Qur’anic Anchor “When My servants ask you about Me — indeed, I am near.” Surah Al-Baqarah (2:186) Nearness invites boldness.

🏽 Guided Duʿāʾ Practice — Day 3

Take one heart-duʿāʾ.
Rewrite it bigger.

Not more detailed — more expansive.

Example:

  • “Help me heal” → “Grant me complete healing and peace”
  • “Guide me” → “Lead me clearly and gently to what is best”

🧠 SMART Journaling — Day 3

  • Specific: Which duʿāʾ will I expand?
  • Measurable: How did I rewrite it?
  • Attainable: Can I release fear of asking?
  • Relevant: How does this reflect trust in Allah?
  • Time-bound: When will I repeat this duʿāʾ?

My Expanded Duʿāʾ:

🤲🏽 Duʿāʾ O Allah, expand my asking to match Your generosity. 🌿 Inspire Society Closing Big duʿāʾs come from knowing Who you’re asking.
