Cravings Without Guilt
Cravings often intensify during fasting — not because the body is weak, but because routine is disrupted and awareness is heightened. Cravings are information, not commands. They may signal:Responding to cravings with guilt creates tension. Responding with curiosity creates choice. Ramadan does not demand you suppress desire. It teaches you to respond intentionally. Instead of asking, “How do I stop this craving?” Ask, “What is this craving asking for?” When guilt is removed, cravings lose power. Moderation becomes easier. Satisfaction arrives sooner.
