Cravings often intensify during fasting — not because the body is weak, but because routine is disrupted and awareness is heightened. Cravings are information, not commands. They may signal: - dehydration
- nutrient imbalance
- emotional comfort-seeking
- habit memory
Responding to cravings with guilt creates tension. Responding with curiosity creates choice. Ramadan does not demand you suppress desire. It teaches you to respond intentionally. Instead of asking, “How do I stop this craving?” Ask, “What is this craving asking for?” When guilt is removed, cravings lose power. Moderation becomes easier. Satisfaction arrives sooner. 📖 Qur’anic Anchor “Thus We have made you a balanced nation.” Surah Al-Baqarah (2:143) Balance applies to nourishment as well as belief.
